It should be possible to connect to any activity, not only the one you are currently in.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Open content in an SLC aware application, try to connect it to any activity other than the current one.


Expected Results:  
After selecting "Connect" => "Activity" a list of activities should appear that you can select from.

It should still be easy to connect to the current activity, though. Connecting to the current activity must not require the user to find it among a list of all activities, since this is probably more common than connecting to a different activity.

before only the "connect to current activity" remained, the current activity was a separate item in the list, always at the first position

i think it was a good compromise
