The recommendations panel currently keeps its size and position no matter how many items are in it.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Open recommendations panel with 1, 2, 5, 10 or 15 items

Actual Results:  
The panel size remains the same.

Expected Results:  
The panel size should grow to accomodate listing, up to 10 items in height (or screen size, whichever comes first)
