Description Fabrice Dejaigher 2011-09-24 15:03:55 UTC
Version:           4.7 (using KDE 4.7.1)
OS:                Linux

When I create tags in kmail (and adressbook too), they disappear.

As this also happen to KAddressBook, it's probably due to nepomuk

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Configure -> KMail -> Appearence

Tab "Tags" and just add some tags. and OK

If you go back to Configure -> KMail -> Appearence -> Tab "Tags", there's no tag, or just an empty one.

Actual Results:
can't add tag...

Expected Results:
store tags

are you sure that nepomuk works ?
Comment 2 Fabrice Dejaigher 2011-09-26 18:36:55 UTC
Nepomuks seems to work as it's shown as "active" in Desktop Search configuration.

Also Same here.
Kmail diconnected me from eMail. Time to rolback and dump akonadi, nepumuk, string, it's in general trash - junk.

Dear Fabrice, thank you for your report. It is about a version of KMail which uses Nepomuk and is unmaintained. I tried setting a tag to a contact in KAddressBook from KDEPIM from master and it works as expected. Thus closing. If you still see this with KDEPIM 4.14 or even 15.08 if you can get it already, please reopen and describe the exact steps to reproduce. Thank you, Martin
