So what happens in the case where the approver doesn't ask? Are you saying it opens a chat window directly? Or do you see no notification at all? Sorry i wanted to say "does not ask". Sometimes it ask user ( by adding the approver icon in the system tray ). But sometimes it does not show the icon, and so the chat windows open directly. The service seem to be running according to the system settings panel / services. Sometimes it also show the chat window for nothing, like when i do a global connect with the plasma applet. It show chat ui for some contact with no texts. Is this still happening? If so, can you please post your telepathy-* packages version? Thanks. Marking this as fixed unless someone can reproduce. Chances are your kded crashed before you saw this. If that is the case the bug should be opened on whatever plugin caused the crash. |
