Description anj.tuesday 2011-09-23 16:21:24 UTC
Version: 1.99.0 (using KDE 4.7.1)
OS: Linux

The mail from my various accounts arrives in /var/mail/username. No matter how many times I delete the 111+ messages in it (or move them to "inbox"), they always come back in full the next time there's new mail. If I don't want to end up with umpteen copies of every mail, I have to delete them manually (in the filesystem) or by using another mail client.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Delete/move email from mbox resource. Receive new email in said mbox.

Actual Results:
New email appears along with everything ever deleted.

Expected Results:
Only new email should appear in the mbox.

Have write access to mbox (/var/mail/username).
OS: Linux (i686) release 3.0.0-11-generic
Compiler: gcc
