The Qt only version of Marble 1.2 on Windows does not display the Marble Info Center. There is no error message.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Left-click on a placemark, e.g. a city. In the popup menu, click the name of the placemark again.

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
The Marble Info Center appears.

This bug does not appear in the KDE version of Marble 1.1.95 (1.2 RC 2) with KDE Development Platform 4.7.0 on Kubuntu Natty.
