Color Balance image editor tool is not enough ??? http://www.flickr.com/photos/digikam/6168487883/sizes/o/in/photostream/ Gilles Caulier Op 21-09-11 11:31, Gilles Caulier schreef: > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=282463 > > > > > > --- Comment #1 from Gilles Caulier<caulier gilles gmail com> 2011-09-21 09:31:33 --- > Color Balance image editor tool is not enough ??? > > http://www.flickr.com/photos/digikam/6168487883/sizes/o/in/photostream/ > > Gilles Caulier > It is enough, it is nice, we can not without, it could even not be improved. What I talk about is an extra functionallity, where you see in a circle different color additions, it makes it easyer to see what is wrong, which direction to choose and to go in few clicks to neutral color. Rinus If have already seen this tool somewhere, please take a shot and share here... Failed to find image on the web. Maybe someone else? If someone want to work on it I can make an impression how it could look. Rinus We do not have to look so far. Gimp has it, but unfortunately implemented in a useless way, far to small images. Rinus Where it's implemented ? Which menu ? Which plugin ? Gimme a screenshot please... It looks like part of my text disappeared: it was Filters->FilterCollection (free translation from Dutch) In GIMP this menu is non-obvious. In English you go to the 'Colours' or 'Colors' menu and choose 'Filter Pack...'. Under the 'Windows' section tick the 'Hue' box. The relevant window opens showing a shift of hue in various color directions. In Photoshop the choice is under 'Image' menu, 'Adjustments' and then 'Variations...'. Here is what it looks like in Photoshop: http://s3.amazonaws.com/epp/uploads/2010-11-13%2002:30:31-var.png http://designprocessed.com/variationsPS.jpg http://www.we-r-here.com/ps/tutorials/level_3/images/variations_lg.jpg Op 02-11-11 14:51, Ananta Palani schreef: > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=282463 > > > Ananta Palani<anantapalani@gmail.com> changed: > > What |Removed |Added > ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- > CC| |anantapalani@gmail.com > > > > > --- Comment #9 from Ananta Palani<anantapalani gmail com> 2011-11-02 13:51:30 --- > In GIMP this menu is non-obvious. The GmicQt Colors/Tone Presets filter is more and less what's you want.
