When creating a new CD burning project and drag and dropping the m3u file in (from within k3b), k3b will complain that the respective files don't exist.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
See "details" for the descripion on how to reproduce.

Actual Results:  
k3b will complain that the respective files with special characters in them don't exist.

Expected Results:  
k3b should accept files with special characters in them

This bug has been stagnant for a long time. Could you help us out and re-test if the bug is valid in the latest version? I am setting the status to NEEDSINFO pending your response, please change the Status back to REPORTED when you respond.

I do not have a CD Burner any therefore not using k3b any more so I can't test/try to reproduce the bug.

adding m3u was broken altogether, but once fixed i can add files with è in them just fine.
