-- Information about the crash:
Regularly, but not always, Amarok crashes when I open a file from an RSS feed, i.e., a file downloaded to the /tmp directory. More exactly, Amazon opens and starts playing for a fraction of a second (you can hear something) and than crashes.

Opening the same file from the RSS feed again afterwards always works; Amarok starts normally and plays the file.

Sysinfo:
 - Kubuntu 10.04
 - all relevant software as packages in their currently up-to-date version


The crash can be reproduced some of the time.

Please use a different phonon backend, the xine backend is unmaintained.
Also, you should upgrade your KDE and Amarok versions, there are newer packages available for Lucid 10.04.2, see also http://kubuntu.org
