Calculators dialog has a calculator named "Equation Balance".
The menu action Tools->Equation Solver opens the same calculator as standalone dialog.
Very confusing especially due to different names for the same calculator.

The menu action should be removed.

Pushed by erebetez into branch 'master'.

Since the equation solver does live in the calculation window, there is
no need for a kDialog.
The help text can directly be shown in the widget.
