Hello from France. Digikam does not work at all. Installation using digiKam-installer-1.7-win32.exe is fine (I mean : with no error), then when trying to start the program, there is a message : "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library : This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.", then the program stops (of course !)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
I tried to reinstall Digikam many times...

Actual Results:  
No result.

Expected Results:  
Well : if Digikam would start... 

OS : Windows 7 32 bits.

Please try version 2.5. If there is a reason you aren't using 2.5, please state why.

Not reproducible in 6.0.0
