Version:           0.13 (using KDE 4.7.0) 
OS:                Linux

It shows error message 'Cannot find component Okular' instead of start.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
run okular


Expected Results:  
error messages appeared. Empty window is opened on message close.

okular might start up

Whatever distribution you use, it is their bug for not setting up Okular packages correctly, open a bug in their tracker
