Home Screen isn't always shown first on task switcher. Sometimes, opening a document (ie text with Calligra) places the home screen in a 2nd place. You can get the same result if you close a running app (okular would be the first on task switcher).

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
An easy way to reproduce this is opening README.txt with no other apps running.


Expected Results:  
Home Screen should be always shown the first on task switcher.
