A project was loaded (well, that's ksecretsservice :-)
Opened the settings dialog, then the plug-ins sections
Unchecked some plug-ins, such as CVS and SVN modules
Added qt4 documentation into the documentation plugin
Added the kde4-libs qch into the same plugin
Unchecked "load qt documentation" check bos in this plugin
Unchecked this plugin in the list of available plugins
Closed (with OK) the settings dialog box
The crash came when I touched the arrow keys, I think.
