Description Szakál Dániel 2011-09-11 09:54:52 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.7.1)
OS: Linux

I turned off nepomuk since very long ago (I don't like the way it can slow down computer if you don't have a ck patched kernel), and since KDE 4.6.5 it cries at every startup two times quickly afterwards each other, that why I disabled Nepomuk file indexing. I made sure (in systemsettings/app notifications), that it calls KDE Workspace notifications/Warning (with custom commands). And it doesn't warns me at boot time, I have to wait around 2 mins after boot for this warning

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Disable nepomuk/strigi at all
2. Reboot computer
3. Wait 2 mins for 2 warning notifications come up crying because of disabled nepomuk

Actual Results:
Warning about disabled notifications

Expected Results:
Absolutely nothing, I know why I disabled nepomuk

Maybe the best would be a switch for this in systemsettings/Desktop search for these warnings
