Phonon Xine, now dead, had support for Jack. You could chose it from the Audio Playback Device Preference list. Phonon GStreamer does not let you do that.

Jack is really important for systems where serious audio stuff is done.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Put GStreamer backend in top of the backends list, go to Device Priority tab, and check Jack option is not there.

Expected Results:
Jack support added to Phonon GStreamer.
