When you move your mouse over the tabs on the left panel, you get
accelerator (&) symbol in information message.

Skrooge 0.9.92

Reproducible: Always

Hi,

I don't know how to reproduce the problem.
On kubuntu, tabs don't have tooltips.

Could you tell me more on your system ?
Environment GNOME/KDE ?
Themes, oxygen ?
...

Try to resize the panel to cut labels. 

i.e: 

Bookm...|His...|Pages

If I expand the panel the tooltips are not displayed.

i.e:

Bookmarks|History|Pages

Not only Skrooge

As you can see in the screen capture, this bug is also existing in Dolphin.
So, this is not a bug in Skrooge. 

This is a bug in KDE.
I will push this incident to the right team.

Most probably a Qt bug, because these are just QDockWidgets.
