What about pure Qt applications?
All KDE workspace and Qt application are happening the same problem I tried in QuteCom (made using QT 4) and it appears "ć" To complement, I tried once to install another notebook e it happened the same, when the problem is not in my notebook only. It looks like this is the problem with keyboard handling (which is not related to keyboard switcher) changing component to kdelibs (although it looks like the problem is actually deeper - in qt) Dear Bug Submitter, This bug has been stagnant for a long time.
