the dll for libgomp is missing from the runtime package

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
install digikam, see the error for missing dll

Actual Results:  
fails to load at all

Expected Results:  
should be included in runtime package

second dll that is missing: pthreadgc2-wXX.dll.

libgomp is included in a newer runtime package. please restart the kdewin-installer in package manager mode (you must uncheck "skip basic settings") and update the runtime package by clicking once again on the check mark besides the package.
