3) What was expected to happen in GNOME after installing KDE applications kolour then systemsettings is open systemsettings via System -> Preferences -> System Settings is one may turn off the annoying notification alert.

4) What happens instead at first open it notes:
"No views found - 'System Settings'
System Settings was unable to find any views, and hence has nothing to display.

Click OK button -> Configure then it allows me to turn off the notification. Instead it consistently crashes.

The crash can be reproduced every time.
