Description David Alston 2011-08-31 17:02:36 UTC
Version:           unspecified (using KDE 4.7.0)
OS:                Linux

At the moment, there is no way to disable alerts on a per-calendar basis. My wife has shared her calendar with me and often puts email reminders on appointments.

korganizer sends an email from my kmail account to my wife for every triggered email alert for that day whenever I open kontact. I would like to see an option for ignoring alarms or reminders on a per-calendar basis.

Bug 92600

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
* launch kontact
* goto korganizer
* map remote google calendar (via ical/ics link)
* from google calendar create an appointment and set an email reminder
* restart kontact
* check google mail account associated with google calendar for email reminder

Expected Results:
need an option in the "Resource Configuration" dialog when you right-click a remote calendar to enable/disable pop-up alarms and another option to enable/disable email alerts
