Description Diego Ercolani 2011-08-31 13:13:21 UTC
Version: 4.7 (using KDE 4.7.0)
OS: Linux

when I pair with an headset under kde, bluedevil configure it as audio output device but I cannot use it as audio output or input: we should have popup instructions or a wizard to permit to use device as audio device as is done under gnome (I tested it under EasyPeasy that is ubuntu 10.04 LTS with unity) and there is a very easy approach to bluetooth sound settings.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Expected Results:
a guided wizard to configure audio output

After some browsing in internet I find come alsa configuration to connect the headset and finally it comes up vith an headset icon under the phonon system setting (Multimedia Icon under systemsettings) as I was expecting to find the choosing device. But now it simply doesn't work, under /var/log/messages when I try to test the device compare hundreds of this line:

Aug 31 15:28:14 pc-diego kernel: [23767.458593] hci_scodata_packet: hci0 SCO packet for unknown connection handle 0

after as the last line I find:

Aug 31 15:28:19 pc-diego bluetoothd[2431]: Audio connection got disconnected

and the "headset icon" became greyed out.

What I have to do now? Thank you
