KDE should let you press the "PrintScreen" key to take a screenshot (like in Windows) instead of making the user use a separate app like ksnapshot.

Combined with the power of Klipper users would be able to take many many screenshots in succession!

Perhaps this should be implemented at the X level?

KDE lets you since version 2.2.0
