sweeper should also clear rekonq history.

Actually, it would be great if sweeper supported a sweeper.d config directory where applications (and the user!) could drop "stuff to get cleaned, and how" commands.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
run sweeper. clean stuff.

Actual Results:  
sweeper cleans stuff, but not rekonq stuff.

Expected Results:  
sweeper should also clean rekonq stuff.
