Have since found out how to do it although it is not so obvious and would suggest that fortnightly should be added rather than having to increment the frequency which almost looks like you are setting the number of transactions. The option is there Sir, Thank your for your quick reply and yes, I did work it out although it is not as "intuitive" as it could be, particularly with "Half-Month" being one of the options. The actual option of "Fortnight" is not there although it can be achieved by changing the "Frequency" for "Week" to "2" which is not what is generally required with accounting packages I have used except for KMyMoney with it being the only one that I have found that does not have the specific option of "Fortnight" or otherwise "Two Week" without the need to increment a frequency counter.
