Running the latest version of Kubuntu Netbook version and noticed the 2nd level menus such S for save after already being in the file menu or Q for quit the shortcut doesnt work.

I seem to remember at one point having the same problems with Kate but dont remember what exactly fixed this.

Running Kubuntu 11.10 with all of the latest updates on my Dell Mini Netbook.  This loads the Netbook or Plasma Netbook version.

Let me know what other information I can provide to help out here.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Click on File and then try to save with the shortcut S or quit with the Q shortcut nothing works.  This problem exists with all menu options

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
The file should be saved or quit should exit K

Ok did some further digging/testing/whatever you want to call it and it seems this is something that happened in my upgrade from 1 version to the next.  Did a fresh install of Kubuntu and not seeing this.  Sending this back to the Kubuntu team.  Thanks
