I've got several mail resources defined in akonadi and some fail:

kmail shows the folders but not their contents.

When looking at akonadiconsole I get error messages like

NotificationManager::notify ( Collection (68, .Launchpad) in collection 33 modified parts (timestamp) )
AgentBase(akonadi_imap_resource_0): Select failed, server replied: A000666 NO Unknown namespace. 

for almost all folders.

When using telnet the server shows this info:

* OK [CAPABILITY IMAP4rev1 SASL-IR SORT THREAD=REFERENCES MULTIAPPEND UNSELECT LITERAL+ IDLE CHILDREN NAMESPACE LOGIN-REFERRALS UIDPLUS LIST-EXTENDED I18NLEVEL=1 QUOTA AUTH=PLAIN AUTH=LOGIN] Dovecot ready.

If necessary I'll try to get more info.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an imap resource on my server
2. Try to read mail.

Actual Results:  
No mail is shown ;-(

Expected Results:  
My mail or if not possible a helpful error message.
