Version:           4.6.2 (using KDE 4.6.2) 
OS:                Linux

The find file option is no longer listed under tools. This was the single most powerful file search tool available and I used it almost daily. I was very disappointed to see that it is no longer available in this version.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to tools under the menu. Look for "find file." Option is missing. 

Actual Results:  
See above.

Expected Results:  
See "find file" option under tools menu.

Thanks for re instituting this great feature in future releases! Please provide an update for Ubuntu 11.04.

Thanks for the bug report! This is fixed in KDE 4.7.0.

It's up to Ubuntu to provide KDE 4.7.0 packages for that release or backport the fix to their 4.6.x packages.
