ktorrent allows files to be opened but doesn't allow the application to be specified.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
open a file in ktorrent - the menu only offers open and not "open with" or any way to configure which app is used.

Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
Should allow the application to be set.
