Description Eggert Ehmke 2011-08-03 10:32:48 UTC
Version: 4.8 pre (using KDE 4.7.0)
OS: Linux

When sending a mail without attachment that contains the word "attachment" in the mail body or in the subject, the File Attachment Reminder pop up and asks if the mail should contain an attachment. This does not happen when the word is changed like "attach-ment".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Send a mail that does not have an attachment but contains the word attachment in the body

Expected Results:
the message should be sent without reminder

The version of KMail is 4.7.0, this was not offered in the dropdown list

is this a bug or a feature?
Comment 2 Christophe Marin 2011-08-03 10:48:44 UTC
This is a feature, you can disable it in the kmail settings (Composer / Attachment tab / "Enable detection of missing attachments")
