In our spirit of supporting the free software/music culture we should add a way to use OpenStreetMap instead of Google Maps in the Applet and maybe even remove Google Maps support at all.

Closing as upcoming events applet wasn't ever ported to Qt5, its remnants were removed from source tree just lately and last.fm dropped the APIs used somewhere in 2015.
