the column headers are missing at the kmail message list view

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
start kontact
open kmail2


Expected Results:  
the column headers should be visible to allow sorting messages on date or sender/recipient

Can't reproduce it.
I have column headers.
Perhaps you use a specific theme.

Sorry, this is invalid, as it is like it was this before. Just had it the other way in mind.
