IMHH it would be very usefull to be able to filter by date
* today, this week, this month, this year or similar
especially if kmail is used to store old mails for a very long period

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
missing feature

Actual Results:  
all matching records are displayed

Expected Results:  
only matching messages of requested period are displayed 

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.37.6-0.5-desktop

It will be a good idea.
I think that we can do it with nepomuk
