Please add support for Meta Contacts in Contact list :)

Expected Results:  
Give an option in the context menu to join two or more contacts into one meta-contact

Once meta-contacts is supported in Telepathy-KDE, I'll be ready to get rid of Kopete :)

Work in progress. Currently we have working contact list, but we're still refining the rough edges. Hang tight.
