the advanced tab for an irc account shows a username and password fields that should be used to Identify on the nickserv.

Discussed at the meeting.

We are not going to spend any time improving IRC support when Konversation and Quassel work so well, and we have other things to be doing.

We will discuss this decision again during Akademy 2013.
