it seems that the window doesnt know its correct size - so the system thinks that the touch is already outside the window and closes therefore the "add resource window", but the user only touched in the upper area (around the search field)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- open the add resource window
- touch in the upper area next to the search field

Actual Results:  
- the window closes

Expected Results:  
- the window closes only if the user touches outside the window, not inside
