boxes can be dragged outside the screen, if they are moved to the righter edge of the screen. on the left they ping back, on the right this is not adjusted.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
take a box and drag it slowly to the righter edge of the device

Actual Results:  
boxes can be dragged outside the screen

Expected Results:  
boxes shouldnt be able to be moved outside the screen. the ping-back animation from the left side should be implemented here as well.

i have to specify this: this happens if you placed the box already on page underneath the first screen height - so, push the box down, scroll down a bit more, place the box below the first screen height... now you can push it outside.

a lot of stuff changed in the layouting code:
not reproducible anymore in the latest image
