Description Christian Lichtsinn 2011-07-08 10:07:40 UTC
Version: 1.7.0 (using KDE 4.6.4)
OS: Linux

First, I'm running KDE 4.6.5, but I couldn't select this option. Also running Arch Linux and akregator 1.7.0.

New messages should be placed on top of all messages, because I sort them after their date/time with the newest on top. With KDE 4.6.3 and the akregator version before (from KDEPIM 4.4.11, I guess, not sure, but the "old" version, akregator 1.6.x, I think), the bug was fixed. But now with KDE 4.6.5 and akregator 1.7.0 the bug occures again.

All new messages in this version (1.7.0) are placed at the bottom of all messages.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Have a feed in akregator with some messages in it, sort it after date (with the newest one on top) and then wait until new messages arrive.

Actual Results:
New messages are placed at the bottom.

Expected Results:
New messages should be placed on top.

This is a regression. The bug was fixed with KDE 4.6.3 and KDEPIM 4.4.11/akregator 1.6.x (I guess, that is the right version).
