I can not reproduce this. Could you try with the latest git version?

Also try to reproduce the crash multiple times so I know it's consistent.

I could reproduce on two systems.
With 2.4.1.60git.1310340127 it is fixed on both systems.
I assume it was somehow related to Bug 277351 ...
