Sometimes same person or firm or bank may be both institution and payee.
For example, if i have account in bank xxx and this bank add some interest on my account periodically.
In kmm i need to add this bank as institution and as payee separately.
Is it possible to add checkbox "add to payees" or question "do you want to add this institution as a payee?" in the add new institution dialog?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add new bank in institution
2. add new account in this bank
3. add bank as payee


Expected Results:  
add new institution into list of payees if user want this
