This bug was fixed in May 26th. OpenSuse must udate their packages or you can compile Plasma NM yourself, which is not that difficult. Most distributions are too slow to upgrade Plasma NM packages or they prefer to keep an old version for the sake of stabilitiy. That may work for other programs but not for Plasma NM since we are in active developement/bugfixing.
