input an url, will jump to "access denied" page, can not surf any webpages. then click configure konqueror, it will crash everytime. 

- Unusual behavior I noticed:

What do you mean? i am running 4.7 RC1. i wrote an url in the bar, searched and i had no crash.

The stack shows /usr/lib64/tls/libnvidia-tls.so.275.09.07
So it seems it is a crash inside the nvidia driver, which is not a KDE product.
Try using a different video driver.
