Version: kde mobile profile coming from meego obs packages

- title of an activity doesnt get updated after editing it in the activity screen(update on the thumbnail correct, in the activity screen not) 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- touch the settings icon of an activity
- change the title/name by editing it
- touch ok

Actual Results:  
- title only gets updated on thumbnail in switcher

Expected Results:  
- title gets updated in switcher and activity screen itself
