I am trying to us Valgrind in MIPS/Linux environment, but I find MIPS is not in the support list of Valgrind. Does Valgrind support MIPS? If not, would you add this support in the future?

Valgrind does not support MIPS. 
Please look at bug 270777 which tracks progress on adding MIPS support to valgrind. There is a patch attached to that bug which you can try out. Or you can add yourself to the CC list of that bug to see how it progresses.
