Version:           2.16 (using KDE 4.6.4) 
OS:                Linux

I have a ZIP-File - created on Windows. In this file are some Filenames like:
Für die Ganze Famileie.pdf

In Ark it is displayd like this:

F??R die ganze Familie.pdf

Extractiong or open the files inside of ark are fail.

PDF could not be open.
