My Linux kernel is customized for doesn't support "suspend to ram" and "supend to disk" options.

KDE 4.4.x doesn't show me this options (it's correct)  
KDE 4.6.3 show me this options (it isn't correct)

This information is fetched from UPower, and KDE simply reports that (4.4.x in fact used HAL). This bug hence belongs to UPower
