Version:           4.6.3 (using KDE 4.6.3)

If I confirm changes on a bugzilla report (e.g. in-house or bugs.kde.org, does not matter) I always get the message "Mid-air collision detected!".
My changes turn out to be applied, but somehow bugzilla detects this as committed twice.
Same thing happened to me when sending an SMS with my webmail account on web.de:
The SMS turned out to be sent twice receicer.
Did not try (and will not) with online shopping.
This happens with KHtml rendering, not with WebKit rendering.
