Steps to reproduce:
0. Active KRunner (Alt+F2)
1. Right click on the input field
2. Select "Clear history" from the context menu

The combo box is empty. However, the ~/.kde/share/config/krunnerrc configuration file still contains
a lot of previous commands.

For example, the [General] config section contains two keys - "PastQueries" and even older "pastqueries". [PlasmaRunnerManager] section contains "LaunchCounts" key with other commands.

I can reproduce this using KDE SC 4.8 beta2.

This missing feature is more of a bug.
