Version:           1.0 (using KDE 4.6.4) 
OS:                Linux

Using arrows on keyboard I can move between all items from "Common Appearance and Behavior" to "Hardware", but i can not enter the bottom line with "System Administration"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
* use keyboard arrows to get to "System Administration" row

Actual Results:  
unable to to get there

Expected Results:  
arrows should be able to access every item on System Settings

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.38-8-generic
