Happened when you were using the "present windows" (aka "exposé") effect and is caused by an invalid close button (so disabling the close window function might avoid it) but very much likely derives from inconsistant data, therefore (hopefully) fixed in 4.7 with a wider fix on this general issue. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 266364 *** |
